I am a new player.I have some question about chinese.

If I use "Version 3.0.0 Pre Release 2" , I type chinese in TEXT/HTML tab in content document in notes,it's ok.But if I type chinese in content tab in content document in notes,I will see many "?" again.

If I use "Version 3.0.0 Pre Release 3" to type chinese in admin link , I wil see many "?".this bug doesn't hapeen in "Version 3.0.0 Prerelease 2".the others chinese bug are the same as Version 3.0.0 Pre Release 2".Another question is that if i type chinese to publish content in notes,i click admin link to edit the content, i will see my content and titile and a string "4; 1; 1; 1; 1; 1; 1; 1; 1 " on the top of menu.
