Its the same tag thats normally used: <$DXRecentComments$>. However by default it just shows the subject of the comment in a list.

I will do an article on this - but in brief you can specify a template to use instead of the standard list and all the settings are in the configuration document under "Formatting/Lists/Comments/Recent Comments"
