I think I have figured out the problem. It has to do with the fact you are using a <base> tag. What I'm actually trying to do is to use "named anchors" for each comment. This way, you can jump directly to a comment.

For example:

If I take out the base tag, my href looks like this.

{ Link }

If I leave in the base tag, my href looks like this.

{ Link }

This is because the base tag look like this.

base href="{ Link }

Therefore, I need a dx tag that will give me the name of the document (e.g. 11042004103947PMJRA6BF.htm) and nothing else, so I can use it to build my named anchor tag.
