If you want to use an alternative port - you need to go into the "Site Configuration Document".

Goto Tab "Site Settings" (default)

Goto sub tab "Advanced"

Near the bottom there is a field for "Alternative Port" - enter "81" - sva e/close the configuration document and it should then all work for you.
